Preparing for the Holidays

Here are some pictures of the boys in the neighborhood decorating our house for the holidays. Only Jason Davis would bring home a bucket truck to put up our icicle lights. I think the final product was worth the effort. There is also a picture of the house with the lights in our latest snow storm that dumped a foot of snow in Oak Creek. Very beautiful right before Christmas!

Santa!

While walking through Wal-Mart one day, out of the corner of my eye in the photo department, we saw SANTA. He was kind of a sad looking Santa, but a Santa nonetheless. They were allowing your kid to sit with Santa and take your picture, for free. That was the best part. We don't have a mall or anything here were Santa sits for hours on end taking pictures with your kid. So we were kind of stoked to see this. These are the "super fabulous" pictures that we received! Fun At The Gym

One Monday morning I took Evan and Avery to gymnastics with our neighbors Carter, Jake, Emma and others. Both Evan and Avery had a blast. It is definitely something we will have to do again. I thought it would wear Evan out to the point where he would take a nap with little resistance. But alas NO. He is quite the trooper and if he doesn't want a nap, then no nap will he take! Lucky me.
